Our paints are manufactured under strict quality controls and using certified formulations to meet national standards. This document outlines the warranty terms applicable on various distemper, emulsion, primer, and other paint products offered by Sukh Enterprises under the brand Sukh Paints.

Register Your Warranty

Type of Product

CONDITIONS FOR VALID WARRANTY

Warranty will be applicable only if:

  • The paint is stored in cool, dry, sealed conditions

  • It is applied within 24 months of manufacturing

  • Surface preparation followed IS 2395 and IS 1661 codes

  • Proper dilution and application methods were followed

  • No external material was mixed with the paint

  • Product was applied in ambient temperature above 10°C

Warranty becomes void if:

  • The paint was diluted improperly or mixed with another brand

  • Applied over damp, alkaline, or previously damaged surfaces

  • The container was opened and kept unused for more than 24 hours

  • Fungus, seepage, or structural wall defects were present

  • Water leakage or seepage occurred after application

WARRANTY COVERS

The warranty covers:

  • Peeling or flaking of paint film

  • Fading of emulsion paint in less than specified period

  • Loss of adhesion from the substrate

  • Application failure due to manufacturing defect

Sukh Paints will provide free product replacement (same type and batch) only once after claim validation.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Fading or damage due to chemical exposure, fire, or smoke

  • Stains or marks from kids, food, oils, inks

  • Accidental spills or damage

  • Any damage caused by fungus due to leakage

  • Touch-ups or partial repaints done with other products

  • Application over glossy or low-adhesion surfaces like glass or plastic

Warranty does not apply on gifted, free sample, or discounted products without invoice.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

  1. Submit claim with:

    • Invoice

    • Photos of damaged area

    • Batch number of paint bucket

  2. Our team will inspect or request a site visit

  3. If found valid, the product replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days

🚚 We do not provide labor or repainting charges as part of the warranty.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF USER

Do’s for Warranty Validity

  • Read all product instructions before application.

  • Scan the QR code on the paint bucket and register the warranty within 7 days of purchase.

  • Use recommended application tools like brush, roller, or spray.

  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and moisture-free before applying paint.

  • Follow proper surface preparation steps including primer and putty.

  • Apply paint only in suitable temperature and humidity conditions.

  • Keep the purchase invoice and note down the product batch code for future reference.

  • Store the paint in a cool, dry, and covered area with the lid tightly sealed.

  • Use the paint within its shelf life as mentioned on the label.

  • Use interior paint only indoors and exterior paint only outdoors as specified.

Don’ts That Can Void Your Warranty

  • Don’t forget to register the product warranty via QR code.

  • Don’t mix Sukh Paints with other brands or chemicals.

  • Don’t apply paint on damp, leaky, or salt-affected walls.

  • Don’t paint newly plastered walls before allowing 28 days of curing.

  • Don’t tamper with or remove the bucket label or batch code.

  • Don’t store paint in direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, or damp places.

  • Don’t use expired paint or paint past its shelf life.

  • Don’t over-thin the paint or apply beyond the recommended coverage area.

  • Don’t apply paint over oily, greasy, or wax-coated surfaces.

  • Don’t hire untrained or unprofessional painters for application.

Legal Limitations of Warranty

  • Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects in the product only.

  • Sukh Paints shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including property damage or personal injury.

  • Warranty does not cover improper storage, incorrect application, or misuse of the product.

  • No warranty claim will be entertained without a valid purchase invoice and batch number.

  • Warranty is applicable only when product is applied as per company guidelines and surface preparation instructions.

  • Any modification, mixing, or dilution of the paint with foreign substances will void the warranty.

  • Warranty is valid only within India and governed by Indian consumer protection laws.

  • Natural disasters, seepage, structural defects, and fungal growth due to moisture are not covered under warranty.

  • The warranty does not constitute an insurance policy and only offers replacement or refund (at company discretion) for genuine defects.

  • All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR only.

  • Company reserves the right to inspect the site and reject any claim that does not meet the required conditions.

  • Verbal commitments by dealers or painters are not legally binding unless stated in writing by Sukh Paints.
